The appointment went well and Dr Gaus did a great job explaining my TMJ problem. He was very friendly and took his time. He was also very knowledgeable and Answered all my questions. He was conservative with my treatment and didn’t try to push me toward surgery. The only thing I didn’t like was the 45 minute wait for my appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile & kindness from Marie. Everything was explained just before McKayla did my x-rays, she brought me to my exam room, she genuinely cares. She showed me my imagining, she went through everything and scenarios. The whole staff and Dr Gaus took great care of my 93 yr old mother. Caring, informative, and listened to our concerns. They answer their phones and return calls. The procedure went smoothly. We will definitely be back.
My very first experience was with Karen… she was rude spoke over me and basically talked over me saying I didn’t need an appointment. Thankfully I did not need to deal with her when I arrived. The rest of the staff was wonderful! Polite nice and listened instead of talking over me.
The entire process from making appointment and the office process for excellent service. The doctor and his staff was professional and caring. I left knowing just what the problems were and how we would resolve the problem.
