I've been coming for multiple visits and have been satisfied with feeling that I am being heard and my concerns are being met. This last visit was a little frustrating with waiting for an hour and a half to be seen and then feeling like I was being rushed through the door to be moved on to the next patient, but I'm sure the schedule is off day since they were closed for Thanksgiving. Overall I am happy.
Awesome staff and care. I’ve never had a medical practitioner sit down with me after blood work and go over everything in detail and make a health plan. I have recommended Advanced Practice to several friends, they all gave highly praised feedback about the care they received.
First time in, front desk was hilarious and super friendly. Before I even made it into my consult with Caswell I had already been given so much information about services they can provide, handed information brochures about anything I asked about. Staff really seem to care about your opinion and questions. Then I proceeded to talk with caswell for nearly an hour he covered all the bases and asked more questions than anyplace I’ve ever been. I will certainly be back in can wait to get established here.
They are busy! Which is a good sign. First appt was a great experience. Didn't have to wait at all to get in for lab work. Very kind and professional. Looking forward to seeing results!
I do the hormone pellets. Has totally changed my life! The staff is always so friendly! I highly recommend!
