Wow, I have been telling friends what I thought would be a scary experience, Paracentesis, was like taking a trip to the spa. First the staff was excellent getting me scheduled and in quickly. They even communicated with me while I was at the ER and informed all front staff members of my situation. I was warmly welcomed and then once taken to the back treatment room, there was excellent music playing, I was offered a cozy warm blanket and it was all about my comfort.
