advancedMd has been charging me $250 a month since April 2024 to hold medical records that they make extremely difficult to export from their software . As a large health care practice who have to legally keep records for 7 years for patients, I had no choice but to pay this astronomical fee. Horrible experience with AdvancedMD although the product might seem good the sales and the run around with cancelling termination of the policy is a terrible. We requested on 3/30/25 to terminate to 4 members of their company ***** ****, ******* ******, Summer ***, ******* ****. We are in month of September and we have gotten an invoice since then for a product we haven't used since then. AdvancedMD is the absolute most deceitful, inept, destructive, selfish, incompetent and unprofessional company that I have ever worked with in my 30 years of doing business. If you are a healthcare provider, and you are thinking about going with this company for your Electronic Medical Records and ******************* Billing platform, I strongly urge you to do the opposite, and run for your life. I had a very disappointing experience with AdvancedMD EMR. Before signing the contract, the sales representatives assured me that I would be able to automatically run monthly membership fees for the patients in my practicea critical feature for my business. However, after signing the contract, I discovered that no one at AdvancedMD seemed to know how to actually set this up. While the *** states they did not promise you would be able to do monthly reoccurring charges I understand that is critical to your business model. Broken portal with AdvancedMD = No new clients I attempted to set up an EHR with this company and at the end of the set-up, when I was ready to go live, I discovered that the portal did not work to connect prospective patients to me. I spent weeks trying to resolve this issue with the company and was told that it was my computer, my Internet, my firewall... I reported the issue of a broken portal multiple times to numerous IT and other AdvancedMD staff with no resolution to the issue. The portal only worked when I had 5 bars... read more

I have spoken to the Implementation Consultant that you worked with and they confirmed that they attempted to duplicate the error and were not able to replicate it with you on the line. They requested a follow up using different computers and never received a response. On the follow up call on 10/4 the office key was signed off on and implementation was completed. **RED FLAG.**Everyone I talked to, which was restricted to sales, couldn't answer basic software accessibility questions, wouldn't provide a related demo and couldn't help me before I agreed to purchase the software. When I brought up accessibility laws, they shunted me to their legal team. This is a red flag to any large company or government purchaser.
