Exceptionally attentive and informative staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, understanding that dentistry can be scary, and was patient and articulate in helping me understand my own health concerns. Dr. Orin and staff are great! Like so many, I've got dental trauma and some special needs around being touched - and I didn't even have to ask for much and what I did ask for seemed very common place to them and so I was much more at ease than normal. Orin (who says 'we're friends call me Orin') was so gracious and patient while making sure I was fully comfortable both physically and mentally before starting any procedure. Had my first appt with the new dentist. He was wonderful. So personable and he took the time to explain any questions I had. Very happy with his chair side manner. Felt very well taken care of !
Took 3 appointments to get all teeth pulled, you had to call Mondays to fight to get appointment. It's been over 2 mths and still no call back for my dentures! I was only supposed to wait 6 weeks. Everytime i call its always something. Not happy! Bad experience. I will not recommend them.
Only giving two Stars for the respectable dental staff/hygienists which I don't have issues with. The front desk is extremely unprofessional, and does not follow HIPPA protocol by talking negatively about patients in front of other patients. You should not be able to hear confidential information about other patients while waiting in the lobby. The unprofessional demeanor of the front office staff laughing at patients who got cancelled last minute for necessary urgent dental care is absolutely horrific. All the reviews don't... read more
