Dr. Osborne and his assistant performed a root canal. The best word to describe them is kind. They treated me as if they actually care about me. Dr. Osborne called personally that evening to check on how i was feeling. Often you can feel like another number and be rushed out of the office. This is not the case with Springfield advantage dental.
Excellent office. Exactly what you're hoping for from your dentist! I've had a few in recent years and they are not created equal. These folks are great! I recommend them to my friends.
Exceptionally attentive and informative staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, understanding that dentistry can be scary, and was patient and articulate in helping me understand my own health concerns. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and all the staff. Had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned and x-rayed. Hygienist Christine was very knowledgeable and cheerful. Thank you for being amazing staff! Highly recommend this place!!
Dr. Orin and staff are great! Like so many, I've got dental trauma and some special needs around being touched - and I didn't even have to ask for much and what I did ask for seemed very common place to them and so I was much more at ease than normal. Orin (who says 'we're friends call me Orin') was so gracious and patient while making sure I was fully comfortable both physically and mentally before starting any procedure.
