Exceptionally attentive and informative staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, understanding that dentistry can be scary, and was patient and articulate in helping me understand my own health concerns. Had my first appt with the new dentist. He was wonderful. So personable and he took the time to explain any questions I had. Very happy with his chair side manner. Felt very well taken care of !
Only giving two Stars for the respectable dental staff/hygienists which I don't have issues with. The front desk is extremely unprofessional, and does not follow HIPPA protocol by talking negatively about patients in front of other patients. You should not be able to hear confidential information about other patients while waiting in the lobby. The unprofessional demeanor of the front office staff laughing at patients who got cancelled last minute for necessary urgent dental care is absolutely horrific. All the reviews don't... read more
The hygienist Kristie did a wonderful job and my 4yr old daughter's experience great! The dentist, Orin Osborne was also very pleasant! Will definitely recommend advantage dental in Thurston!
I was treated excellent, I had not seen a dentist since before COVID, I had worries and the staff are all great and made feel very at ease. I definitely think this is my new dental family. 😁
