Today was the first time that I went to Advantage Dental and I was very pleased with the service I received from the front desk person to the dental assistant, dentist and dental hygienist. All were very friendly and personable. I felt very well taken care of and was confident that they knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend the Prineville and the Redmond office. (I had to go to Redmond for the cleaning because Prineville does not currently have a hygienist)

Been waiting over a month for the dentist to come back into the office in John Day with a partial that was broken. I called Prineville office and They got me right in! I love the receptionist very helpful and friendly. I love the dentist. He took care of everything I had questions about and was friendly. I’m definitely going back.🤗
Waited 4 months for my first appointment and now I am scheduled for 3 more months out to get my 1st cavity fixed. 7 months to get 1st issue fixed-wow its going to take years to get a few cavities filled at this rate. How can they think this is acceptable? I know another person having the same experience. Will probably just have to go pay out of pocket and be seen in Redmond or Bend to get fixed in a reasonable time frame.
My child has major anxiety When it comes to the dentist. The dentist and the hygienist were so nice, And a few of them use some of their days off to come in to help get my kids keep back on track. They are the best. Thank you so much.
