My first experience was alright. The dentist is polite. And so were the tooth cleaner gals as well as the ones that prep you before hand. What really turned me away was the lady in the front office. Always very rude. At first I put it off as she was just having a bad day , as we all fo from time to time, but times I've had to change an appointment or come in "early" she was very rude, snotty , snarky, quick handed rude replies like " You dont have any other appointments, I checked! The dentist at Advantage Dental in Prineville, Oregon is gentle and quick. Thank you for a painless and quick procedure.
Today was the first time that I went to Advantage Dental and I was very pleased with the service I received from the front desk person to the dental assistant, dentist and dental hygienist. All were very friendly and personable. I felt very well taken care of and was confident that they knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend the Prineville and the Redmond office. (I had to go to Redmond for the cleaning because Prineville does not currently have a hygienist)
They fixed my front teeth and now they look like there was never anything wrong. Thank you so much!
