Scheduled my appointment several months in advance to have my teeth cleaned. Was called 24 minutes before my appointment asking me to reschedule as they were short staffed. I arrived 5 minutes late to my rescheduled appointment, after calling and making sure it was okay to be 5 minutes late. Was sat down in a very dirty room and was told I would not be getting my teeth cleaned today, that it is a year wait for the cleaning I had thought was scheduled and then rescheduled. I walked out. Pleasantly surprised on my first visit here. From the receptionist at the front desk who was very friendly, to the tech who took my xrays, answered questions and assisted the dentist to the dentist who took her time explaining my treatment plan, answered my questions, was very gentle and caring administering numbing and pulling my teeth. Have had a lot of dental care in my 64 years and this is one of the best places I have dealt with. They truly care about their patients ❤️
"Thank you for holding, please continue" Then after 5 minutes... There's no one to take your call please leave a message. NEVER GET A CALL BACK. This has been the scenario probably 4 out of 5 times I've called. These days I often just try to drive over to the office and walk in the front door, which actually works. ADVANTAGE. I've had two visits here recently, and so far my experience has exceeded my expectations. I've suffered and struggled for years with my mouth health, having had an abcess that required hospitalization for almost a week, multiple root canals, fillings, etc..and finally decided to ask about getting dentures. The scheduling and amount of time I had to wait for a new patient appointment is my only COMPLAINT about Advantage Dental. While it may seem a bit high-volume at times, they are very professional and my Dentist was quite skilled. I have been through many procedures in my life and I am happy with my services here compared to many other offices. Even after a slight mix-up on my first visit which they rapidly rectified, I feel I can trust this team to do and make it right.
