Today I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m absolutely impressed with the work of the dentist and the entire Advantage Dental team! The procedure was quick, professional, and virtually painless. Kelly is amazing every single time I’m in advantage dental she’s just so helpful and compassionate about who comes in. I’m not very impressed with the Heather lady at the front she’s not a people person and she’s canceled my appointments days before the day of the appointment after waiting for a month for my daughter to get a cavity fixed. Do not go here if you need actual help, choose any other plan even county was better than this i shouldn't have switched and now I'm stuck here for a year. Dear Lord hear my prayer and please help me! I have 3 teeth that severely need to be pulled, in constant pain unless on strong pain killers. This is the worst managed medical facility I have ever had the displeasure of being a patient at. It is impossible to get an appointment here. They do not staff the front desk. I have called every day for 5 days and left over 30 messages. I eventually had to drive there to talk to the manager, they say they don't answer their phones or check their messages either.
