Super sweet dentist. We had Mia for our 1st visit for my 14 month old. We had a rough start of the morning and ran late; when I called, they said they were still willing to see me. Grateful that they were able to do that and try to accommodate. Can't wait to see them in August!
The doctor did her job as well as she could within the hour she was given but was definitely rushed to complete my appt with an hour. We are talking x-ray, exam, filling cavity. I was literally told to leave through the back door with seconds of being “done”. I had to advocate for myself to ask the doctor to complete the job today and not come back 3 month from now. I had to ask staff to wear gloves. The floors were filthy. They won’t be back and advocating for a change in my insurance.
The Dentist and her assistant were great with my teenage daughters. I valued how they spoke to them directly instead of pass them like most Adults do when they aren’t little kids anymore and deserve to be talked to directly about their own body. Butcher shop of an office. Staff does not answer phone, original dentist was rude and condescending. Inconsistent diagnoses, I originally was told I need two filling; one on the left and one on the right side. They scheduled the follow up to do the procedure 4 months after the exam, then called two weeks before and canceled my appointment rescheduling it for 6 months further out.
