It was my son’s first visit to the dentist today and he was super nervous. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so sweetly- he opened up and loved the whole experience! Thank you to reception, and to Regina especially for the incredibly warm and welcoming experience. We will definitely be back!
Today I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m absolutely impressed with the work of the dentist and the entire Advantage Dental team! The procedure was quick, professional, and virtually painless. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I feel great thanks to their expertise and care. I’m compelled to write this review after reading another’s experience being identical to mine. I have experienced two dentists here. The first had reddish hair and was just awful!! He stood behind talking to me while I was in the chair, WTH. He talked to me like I was an annoyance in his day to have someone there with poor teeth. I have never received anything from Advantage Dental except purely professional, courteous service. The receptionist is always kind and thorough, the dental assistants make me feel at home, and my dentist? Well, she is a Paragon! The best service I’ve had in quite a long while! I will definitely be back with them.
Literally the worst dental experience I've had. They are impossible to get a hold of and during my appointment the tech kept whispering to the scheduler about making sure I don't take my anti anxiety meds before a cleaning where I recieve nitrous which is obvious. She wouldn't tell me this directly and I felt like she thought I was stupid. I kept overhearing her whispering so I loudly said "I understand, I will not take my anti anxiety medication if I am receiving nitrous." It was incredibly unprofessional.
