I visit the location on NE Broadway. Always clean. Always friendly. Most importantly, never have to wait. My appointment time is honored! Dr. Polan and the dental staff have been so very helpful.
Kelly is amazing every single time I’m in advantage dental she’s just so helpful and compassionate about who comes in. I’m not very impressed with the Heather lady at the front she’s not a people person and she’s canceled my appointments days before the day of the appointment after waiting for a month for my daughter to get a cavity fixed. She’s just very unprofessional and has no compassion for any of the people that come in. I’m not keen to attitude when it comes to my children’s health. They have okay service in person and they are very nice in person but the fact I have called and sat on hold for over 3 hours repeatedly calling and being put on hold and then dropped after 5 minutes is absolutely ridiculous, give me a job as the receptionist at your office and I would do a much better job than this. It’s absolutely ridiculous and BS that I have called 33 times and have yet to talk to anyone in the last week. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS OMG!
The quickest and least uncomfortable tooth extraction I've ever had, despite it being the largest and most hard to reach tooth of the three. The whole staff was very easy to work with and extremely proactive about getting my situation dealt with so I could stop being in pain. Thanks so much, Advantage team!! 😁
Scheduled my appointment several months in advance to have my teeth cleaned. Was called 24 minutes before my appointment asking me to reschedule as they were short staffed. I arrived 5 minutes late to my rescheduled appointment, after calling and making sure it was okay to be 5 minutes late. Was sat down in a very dirty room and was told I would not be getting my teeth cleaned today, that it is a year wait for the cleaning I had thought was scheduled and then rescheduled. I walked out.
