The Dentist and her assistant were great with my teenage daughters. I valued how they spoke to them directly instead of pass them like most Adults do when they aren’t little kids anymore and deserve to be talked to directly about their own body. Super sweet dentist. We had Mia for our 1st visit for my 14 month old. We had a rough start of the morning and ran late; when I called, they said they were still willing to see me. Grateful that they were able to do that and try to accommodate. Can't wait to see them in August!
I was referred to this office by my regular dentist for three extractions. After waiting about four months just to get an appointment, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was finally seen, the dentist told me I needed root canals on the same teeth my dentist had already said needed to be extracted. I explained clearly that I cannot afford root canals, and his response was “everybody has their reasons,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Butcher shop of an office. Staff does not answer phone, original dentist was rude and condescending. Inconsistent diagnoses, I originally was told I need two filling; one on the left and one on the right side. They scheduled the follow up to do the procedure 4 months after the exam, then called two weeks before and canceled my appointment rescheduling it for 6 months further out.
