Five stars for your receptionist! Kelly has such a wonderful attitude and so pleasant I just didn't want to go. The only issue I am having is.....why won't a dentist stay here at our office? We desperately need a keeper. His hygienist drove all the way down from Gold Beach. Would of had to reschedule if she hadn't, what a gal I believe her name was Debbie. Love the team right now just need a dentist to come and enjoy his crew waiting patiently
They are the rudest dental office I have l ever been to. Receptionist has no manners she doesn't greet just barks questions and chats with assistant. I was so uncomfortable I left. Dental assistant was rude as well I was told to leave over being on my phone. I just if I was as ghetto as the people that works there I would have fit n. I switched office an I'm hoping I have a better experience instead if being profiled and talked to like I just did something wrong by coming to my appointment... Good dental cleaning , but otherwise a rude dentist , and the staff likes to upsell items you don’t want . The front desk asks that you prepay before having the work done ,and that action does make me feel welcome , it makes me feel like just another person that walks through the door giving money away . I paid for an examination and the amount of X-ray pictures of my mouth that the staff had to re shoot left my mouth raw and bleeding , I feel like they took 30 pictures and were having a hard time taking the pictures , so t... read more
Very friendly and informative staff. Regina was very attentive and joyful to be around. Dr Hesam was informative about a problem that I didn’t know I had. He was very informative and explained what was going on my level and let me know I can see a specialist whom is best referred by my PCP so insurance can hopefully cover it.
Don't expect to get a cleaning on your 1st appt. Weirdest rudest dentist office I've ever seen... Front desk staff just stared at me instead of greeted me to let me know they are ready to talk to me. Patient privacy usually means don't go up to the desk until called. So awkward to be stared for a long time from the moment I walked in the door. Then I find out when I go to the back that they can't do a cleaning at my first appointment... they only do that a followup appointment, which they have to schedule. I moved so had to ... read more
