if i had thought to leave a review here when i first saw dr. polan i’d have given one star. but i went back for my third visit today and i magically had a different dentist. she was kind and quick and communicated well. and i’m PRAYING she continues to be whom i see. but i dont want to give any more stars cos my experience with dr. polan was horrendous. he’s unbelievably rude and talks down to you. he won’t even come around the chair to greet you. he speaks to you from behind it. which is just such weird behavior, but also m... read more
Today I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m absolutely impressed with the work of the dentist and the entire Advantage Dental team! The procedure was quick, professional, and virtually painless. I would rather die than go to this horrible dentist ever again. in my 15 years on this planet, Never have I ever cried at the dentist. I’ve been through many teeth surgeries since I was young and never experienced pain like this. I left in tears. While getting my tooth pulled ,instead of waiting for the Novocain to wear in, They went straight to pulling. This is the worst managed medical facility I have ever had the displeasure of being a patient at. It is impossible to get an appointment here. They do not staff the front desk. I have called every day for 5 days and left over 30 messages. I eventually had to drive there to talk to the manager, they say they don't answer their phones or check their messages either.
