The Dentist and her assistant were great with my teenage daughters. I valued how they spoke to them directly instead of pass them like most Adults do when they aren’t little kids anymore and deserve to be talked to directly about their own body. Butcher shop of an office. Staff does not answer phone, original dentist was rude and condescending. Inconsistent diagnoses, I originally was told I need two filling; one on the left and one on the right side. They scheduled the follow up to do the procedure 4 months after the exam, then called two weeks before and canceled my appointment rescheduling it for 6 months further out. if i had thought to leave a review here when i first saw dr. polan i’d have given one star. but i went back for my third visit today and i magically had a different dentist. she was kind and quick and communicated well. and i’m PRAYING she continues to be whom i see. but i dont want to give any more stars cos my experience with dr. polan was horrendous. he’s unbelievably rude and talks down to you. he won’t even come around the chair to greet you. he speaks to you from behind it. which is just such weird behavior, but also m... read more
My experience was amazing! The dentist who removed my tooth was so professional, patient, and kind. He made the whole process way easier than I expected. Honestly, he’s the best. I left feeling cared for and comfortable. Everyone there was also nice and professional. Thank you :)
