Very polite, funny, and accommodating. The waiting room was full and they said they were busy but I hardly noticed. They both took the time to talk through my treatment plan and answer any questions. I super appreciate that. Ps. My experience was very trans-friendly if that helps!
Mt daughter has tried to set up appointments with Advantage dental. Between 2 locations (Hillsboro and Macadam), they've canceled on me 7 times. Been trying to get a New patient exam since June 2024. With reasons such as Emergencies where the doctor's had to leave right before the appt. , computer glitches, and the latest of not having enough assistants the day and time of my appointment even though it has been scheduled over a month in advance. I actually enjoyed this visit. I have worked hard for no cavities and I achieved it for this visit. I must say it was all due to their positive encouragement that led to the outcome. Plus, Kyra was awesome.
I've been going to this dental office for 5 years now. They are truly exceptional! All of their staff is so nice, and they really take care of their patients. Their focus is prevention, so they do a lot of treatments to keep your teeth healthy and prevent further decay or issues. They are knowledgeable and skilled. I get cleanings here twice a year, and they always make sure to do extra treatments to keep my teeth healthy. I've had two fillings here and they went very well. This has been a great dentist for my kiddo. They are super kind and move very slowly with babies and toddlers- never forcing anything or trying to make them do too much. I appreciate the care from the front desk, the assistants and the dentist(s) that we’ve seen :)
