Went in for an emergency extraction. Sat in the chair for over an hour with the nurse. The dentist came in looked at my tooth and said " " Yes that needs to come out and your pain is from a cavity on the root. Too busy to handle it today." The nurse said she was sorry and was trying to get me back in within a few days but couldn't. It's been about a month and no follow up call. I've been going to this dental office for 5 years now. They are truly exceptional! All of their staff is so nice, and they really take care of their patients. Their focus is prevention, so they do a lot of treatments to keep your teeth healthy and prevent further decay or issues. They are knowledgeable and skilled. I get cleanings here twice a year, and they always make sure to do extra treatments to keep my teeth healthy. I've had two fillings here and they went very well. This has been a great dentist for my kiddo. They are super kind and move very slowly with babies and toddlers- never forcing anything or trying to make them do too much. I appreciate the care from the front desk, the assistants and the dentist(s) that we’ve seen :)
I have enjoyed being a patient at this facility for many years The quality of care cannot be matched. The problem with this location is availability. It has become extremely difficult to get an appointment within weeks or months of your needs, often having to book out 3-4 months.
Thus place and aspen dental need to be investigated for discrimination. Even when you go in for an emergency they will use discriminatory tactics based on people's jobs and insurances and will NEVER give people on state funded Healthcare timely appointments. Have an immediate family member that i took in for an emergency tooth pull and the dentist tried to tell them they could do it in A FEW MONTHS TO ALMOST A YEAR IF THEY DIDNT PAY OUT OF POCKET OR HAVE DIFFERENT INSURANCE.
