Deplorable business practice scheming to take advantage of patients. Schedule a cleaning appointment only gets you an exam then you are scheduled 6 months later for the actual cleaning. It's always about the money $$$.

I finally got an appointment after 1 month on the waitlist. They called me two hours before my appointment and cancelled it. I asked the extremely rude receptionist Shauna how early the next appointment we could book me was, she said 40 days out. I was absolutely shocked by her answer. I asked if there was anything we could work on together to get me in earlier. She told me that my pain level was enough to go to the ER and that's all she could recommend.
