I had a teeth cleaning done. The staff was great. I waited about 15 minutes. The teeth cleaning was excellent. I’m disabled and had to use a reclining wheelchair so that worked out great. My facility provided it. Overall, I was extremely happy with the visit.
The Albany Oregon office is excellent. From the front desk to the awesome dentist is awesome. They all make you feel comfortable and take the stress out of procedures. I’m 75 and can say this is the absolute best dentist experience I have ever experienced!! Recommend highly make appointment ahead of time because they are popular in Albany and have many repeat appointments 👍👍
Went in last week feeling a little nervous as I've not been to a dentist for about 8 years. All of the staff, treated me with kindness and respect. They checked my teeth out and made a plan with me. Thank you for your time, professionalism and help.
Super visit. Daughter went for new patient exam and X-ray but ended up with extraction. The staff was so very helpful with her nervousness and anxiety helping her with relaxation techniques (her first ever extraction) they were super conscious of making sure she had no pain at all even if it meant extra shots and taking a few breaks. It was a tough experience but they made it so much easier for her.
I can't thank you enough. I had a bad infection and two teeth that needed to be pulled. The assistant, Amy, immediately put me at ease. She was calm and professional. She explained things to me thoroughly and was all around a nice human. Forgive me but, I didn't get the name of the dentist who helped me. Boy, did she help! Just calm and funny.
