Had a wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned at Advantage Dental in downtown Albany. The staff are so nice and friendly. They got me in right away when I got there for my appointment. They really listen to you and give detailed information about the health of your teeth. Rachel and Stephanie and the lovely lady dentist are so kind and gentle, really made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am recommending Advantage Dental to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much for such awesome care!
I've never had a bad experience here, and every visit is as painless as they can possibly make it. Procedures are quick but don't feel rushed. The dentists and hygienists walk me through options and recommendations without me feeling like I'm being condescended to/shamed/manipulated, and they seem to listen. The front desk team is incredibly helpful and does their best to work within your schedule, even offering a diligently kept waitlist. I love this dental office. I am very uncomfortable when going to the dentist. More than most. I had my top teeth pulled and was very nervous. Dr. Prevish was great. She helped me calm down and was great with taking things slow and making sure I was numb. The only negative was the 7 months I had to wait for my extraction appointment. All the rest was a awsome experience.
I have been a frequent flyer at this Advantage Dental location since 2020, and I absolutely will not go anywhere else. I have always felt like the staff has my best interests at heart, goes out of their way to help me get the treatment I need, and I am confident in their expertise. I have been seen for routine and emergent care and am overjoyed with all of the results. Thank you Sarah, Rachel, and Dr. Prevish!
