The Albany Oregon office is excellent. From the front desk to the awesome dentist is awesome. They all make you feel comfortable and take the stress out of procedures. I’m 75 and can say this is the absolute best dentist experience I have ever experienced!! Recommend highly make appointment ahead of time because they are popular in Albany and have many repeat appointments 👍👍
Had a wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned at Advantage Dental in downtown Albany. The staff are so nice and friendly. They got me in right away when I got there for my appointment. They really listen to you and give detailed information about the health of your teeth. Rachel and Stephanie and the lovely lady dentist are so kind and gentle, really made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am recommending Advantage Dental to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much for such awesome care!
I can't thank you enough. I had a bad infection and two teeth that needed to be pulled. The assistant, Amy, immediately put me at ease. She was calm and professional. She explained things to me thoroughly and was all around a nice human. Forgive me but, I didn't get the name of the dentist who helped me. Boy, did she help! Just calm and funny. Went in last week feeling a little nervous as I've not been to a dentist for about 8 years. All of the staff, treated me with kindness and respect. They checked my teeth out and made a plan with me. Thank you for your time, professionalism and help.
I've never had a bad experience here, and every visit is as painless as they can possibly make it. Procedures are quick but don't feel rushed. The dentists and hygienists walk me through options and recommendations without me feeling like I'm being condescended to/shamed/manipulated, and they seem to listen. The front desk team is incredibly helpful and does their best to work within your schedule, even offering a diligently kept waitlist. I love this dental office.
