My appointments are always scheduled 6-7 months ahead of time, and even then they always have to “re-schedule” me when my appointment is near. I went in yesterday for an appointment that had been rescheduled twice, only for them to call me while I was already parked outside, early, to tell me they couldn’t see me due to an assistant calling out and to reschedule for October! I had a teeth cleaning done. The staff was great. I waited about 15 minutes. The teeth cleaning was excellent. I’m disabled and had to use a reclining wheelchair so that worked out great. My facility provided it. Overall, I was extremely happy with the visit.
Went in for full X-rays and exam for dental plan. X-ray tech was exceptional. Dr. was informative, friendly and professional. Scheduling appointments for follow up was good. Receptionist was very helpful and worked with me to fit my schedule - even while working with a full schedule.
I am always treated with respect, kindness, and dignity in the dentist office. I never have to wait longer than a few minutes and receive great care!
What a garbage clinic, they schedule you months out, then you travel 30 mins from your house to show up early, for them to tell you we have cancel your appointment , but we could reschedule you 3 more months out or you could just wait around in our office all day and "maybe" we'll be able to treat you. What a joke
