I had a visit with the team at Advantage Dental yesterday. First I spoke with the receptionist...she was wonderful, friendly and accommodating as could be! Even tho I was late, she did everything possible to make it easy for me! The doctor was friendly, and the assistant was perfectly attentive to the details of my needs. As a mother of soon to be 3 who used have decent, straight, white teeth until she had kiddos lol and now my teeth have gone to hell (on top of the fact I have not been to a dentist in years) 🙃 they were phenomenal. Extremely friendly, they are helping me out with literally everything, I need a lot done so I hopefully will never let my teeth get this bad again, but they will be able to save all of my teeth. Came to Advantage with an infected tooth and broken teeth the very next day he pulled all three and was one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I am terrified of dentists so for me to be comfortable with him is no small feat. I highly recommend this office the staff are very professional and the bedside manner is on point.
Called to have a loose tooth removed because they were in my dental insurance network, and all I got was a run around, caveats, excuses and “can’t promise” the dentist will remove it, but let’s get you in for a consultation! Oh, and the dentist isn’t in until the 12th, so you’ll need to go to Gold Beach. I am seriously sick and tired of how vision and dental offices treat people here in this town. Everything is a hassle, made way more complicated by actually having insurance!!!!
