I have been due for a very long time to go get my teeth done and checked so ive had this appointment for a month in advance. The appointment was at 11 so we got there 20 minutes early. As me and my grandpa was checking me in one of the ladies at the register tells us an hour and 15 minutes until the appointment. We figured that my grandma the one who had set up the appointment must have gotten the time wrong so my grandpa says "well I guess we can go do something in the meantime" I even hear one of the ladies agreeing with m... read more
It was a very good experience. Everyone was personable, professional, and competent. They answered all my questions well. I did not love my initial appointment being cancelled and having to work through the automated system to figure out why and what to do from there. I hope they are able to hire the additional staff members they need.
Super accommodating, friendly and professional. The work i had done starting with preparation for a new crown was fast and comfortable and everyone involved from the front desk to the doctor and dental assistants were FANTASTIC!!! We are lucky to have such a great dentist and staff! Thank you for CA great experience.
As a mother of soon to be 3 who used have decent, straight, white teeth until she had kiddos lol and now my teeth have gone to hell (on top of the fact I have not been to a dentist in years) 🙃 they were phenomenal. Extremely friendly, they are helping me out with literally everything, I need a lot done so I hopefully will never let my teeth get this bad again, but they will be able to save all of my teeth. Waited 3 months for this appointment. I have a brain injury so my wife is my advocate and was with me. She was told by the assistant who took my X-ray that she was being argumentative while my wife was trying to explain why my teeth all have cavities. Rather unprofessional in my opinion.
