They get a 3 because the receptionist Kelly was amazing and the Dentist was also amazing. However the lady we had to deal with after the appointment was rude and would not listen. She was in a bad mood from the time she got in till the time we left. She was disrespectful and does not have people skills and should not be in this type of field. It's stressful enough to get an appointment but to have to deal with the attitude she had makes it so much worse.
Worst Dental Provider I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. They don’t bother with the phone unless it’s their boyfriend, sitting in their waiting room before, I thought it was weird but never being able to get ahold of them now makes me think their priorities lie somewhere else, yikes. Not to mention the place is a mess just like any other dental place in Brookings or Crescent City but you’d think they’d at least try, get a carpet cleaner or how about mopping or wiping stuff down every once in a while? The dentist for my visit was wonderful, very thorough. The staff that was on hand were great! I had no issues this time around.
This place is awful. Cancelled an appointment without informing me, then when I showed up to the appointment the receptionist got angry and they threw me out of the building because another customer, someone I didn't know and had no association with, was angry his appointment had been cancelled. Extremely unreliable ineffective customer service. On 4/3/24 I booked and appointment for my partner and myself to get established care going. The first available was 6/20/24 @ 0900 and 1000. We booked them, sent in all our insurance info and received a confirmation email saying we were all set. Today I called just to confirm and they said we were not on the schedule because we had booked online (even though they sent us the email confirmations).
