I had a visit with the team at Advantage Dental yesterday. First I spoke with the receptionist...she was wonderful, friendly and accommodating as could be! Even tho I was late, she did everything possible to make it easy for me! The doctor was friendly, and the assistant was perfectly attentive to the details of my needs. Friendly staff, efficient and listen to what you want. The dentist seems skilled and concerned about taking care of my teeth. Easy to work with for a long-term financial plan to make it possible to keep my teeth in good shape. Highly recommend.
So far awful. I was set up with them and I have spent DAYS calling them over and over again and all I get it is elevator music and an ai voice telling me over and over "please stay on the line" "sorry, goodbye". What's the point of a dentist if you can't even get ahold of 1 person. No emergency line. Nothing.
Came to Advantage with an infected tooth and broken teeth the very next day he pulled all three and was one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I am terrified of dentists so for me to be comfortable with him is no small feat. I highly recommend this office the staff are very professional and the bedside manner is on point.
