Came to Advantage with an infected tooth and broken teeth the very next day he pulled all three and was one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I am terrified of dentists so for me to be comfortable with him is no small feat. I highly recommend this office the staff are very professional and the bedside manner is on point.
Worst Dental Provider I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. They don’t bother with the phone unless it’s their boyfriend, sitting in their waiting room before, I thought it was weird but never being able to get ahold of them now makes me think their priorities lie somewhere else, yikes. Not to mention the place is a mess just like any other dental place in Brookings or Crescent City but you’d think they’d at least try, get a carpet cleaner or how about mopping or wiping stuff down every once in a while? Waited since 8:15am but they let another person in. Told that our appointment at 8:00 even though it was confirmed at 8:30 by text message. Front desk worker found out after 20 min of wait time that we need filled out some medical history and medications list. After hour of waiting assistant started with a blood pressure. Mom’s blood pressure was high do to nervous. And they left her waiting more. They get a 3 because the receptionist Kelly was amazing and the Dentist was also amazing. However the lady we had to deal with after the appointment was rude and would not listen. She was in a bad mood from the time she got in till the time we left. She was disrespectful and does not have people skills and should not be in this type of field. It's stressful enough to get an appointment but to have to deal with the attitude she had makes it so much worse.
The dentist for my visit was wonderful, very thorough. The staff that was on hand were great! I had no issues this time around.
