This place is awful. Cancelled an appointment without informing me, then when I showed up to the appointment the receptionist got angry and they threw me out of the building because another customer, someone I didn't know and had no association with, was angry his appointment had been cancelled. Honestly, the staff and doctors are great. It’s ummmm, just hard in Brookings and dealing with lack of dentists willing to work this spot….. it has taken 8 months to get my daughter’s chipped and sharp tooth fixed. Cancelled appointments, showing up in gold beach from Brookings with appointment card in hand and NO appointment on the books! I loved it from when I went into the office, the girls were right on, and the tech was was even better, then the Dentist, loved him, no pain and so problem explaining the procedure, will always recommend!!!
Extremely unreliable ineffective customer service. On 4/3/24 I booked and appointment for my partner and myself to get established care going. The first available was 6/20/24 @ 0900 and 1000. We booked them, sent in all our insurance info and received a confirmation email saying we were all set. Today I called just to confirm and they said we were not on the schedule because we had booked online (even though they sent us the email confirmations). The staff is very nice. That being said the company will drop your appointments and not call you to tell you. I have had it happen three times. Very unprofessional.
