I had tooth that was really hurting and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in until May and when I explained it was really hurting, they got me in the very next day. Dr. Shih, although not the friendliest guy I have ever meet did a good job with my tooth extraction. Every time I go in for a cleaning, Nicole always does the cleanings and she is one of the nicest ladies in Lakeview. My first time there and everyone was very nice, empathetic, caring and helpful. The clinic is very clean and the front office staff explained my treatment plan and financial options. Very great first impression.
