My first time there and everyone was very nice, empathetic, caring and helpful. The clinic is very clean and the front office staff explained my treatment plan and financial options. Very great first impression.

As someone who feels anxious about dental visits, Dr. Shim’s calm, professional, and reassuring approach made a real difference for me. Everyone at the office was kind and supportive, and the experience was much more comfortable than I expected. I’m truly grateful — highly recommend!
