I had a tooth extraction today and would like to sincerely thank Dr. Shim and the entire team for their excellent care. As someone who feels anxious about dental visits, Dr. Shim’s calm, professional, and reassuring approach made a real difference for me. Everyone at the office was kind and supportive, and the experience was much more comfortable than I expected. I’m truly grateful — highly recommend!

My first time there and everyone was very nice, empathetic, caring and helpful. The clinic is very clean and the front office staff explained my treatment plan and financial options. Very great first impression.

I had tooth that was really hurting and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in until May and when I explained it was really hurting, they got me in the very next day. Dr. Shih, although not the friendliest guy I have ever meet did a good job with my tooth extraction. Every time I go in for a cleaning, Nicole always does the cleanings and she is one of the nicest ladies in Lakeview. Friendly and professional service! They do their job well and have made me feel at ease considering they are working on my teeth, which has in former experience made me very feel very vulnerable and uncomfortable. 👍👍
