We had a very disappointing experience with this office, particularly regarding treatment planning and timely scheduling. My disabled brother was referred out for extractions—upper and most lower teeth—and only after that did the office inform us he needed several fillings and a cleaning before they would proceed with impressions for his dentures. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and today was my first appointment. It went great! The front desk ladies were so kind and considerate. The vibes in the office were bubbly and upbeat. This is the first time in my life that I actually didn’t hate going to the dentist and am a little sad that my next appointment is so far away.
So I'm on the fence with this place. I went in in April after almost a year of appointments that were either canceled or moved to other dates/times and me not being notified. In April they wanted to do a root canal, I denied the root canal and told them I just wanted it pulled. They told me they were not pulling it and I would have to go to Portland... We’ve been going her for years, but I called to make an appointment for my 6 year old due to their front adult teeth having erupted though the gums and are at least a quarter of the way exposed behind her baby teeth. The teeth are loose and she plays with them daily. They informed me that it was fine and that the teeth would come out on their own eventually and it wasn’t a concern until she was 8. Garbage dental office. I use to go here several years ago, due to my new health insurance I had to start coming here again, went to get a filling today and the traveling Dr. Who is filling in was visibly irritated and after giving me my shots to numb the area asked me if I was numb and I said no im not I can still feel everything, he then proceeded to begin and said "we need to start now" because he was in a hurry to get off.
