I love the dental hygienist here. The dentist folk come and go but she's solid. I appreciate her help, humor and honesty! She's the backbone of this facility! Keep kicking butt! I can't remember her name, but she's awesome. The front desk is great too. Good job ladies😉
We had a very disappointing experience with this office, particularly regarding treatment planning and timely scheduling. My disabled brother was referred out for extractions—upper and most lower teeth—and only after that did the office inform us he needed several fillings and a cleaning before they would proceed with impressions for his dentures. Very kind and understanding people working at advantage dental, I asked multiple questions and even the same questions a few times to make sure i understood and they had alot of patience with me, every single staff member was very helpful and nice
I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and today was my first appointment. It went great! The front desk ladies were so kind and considerate. The vibes in the office were bubbly and upbeat. This is the first time in my life that I actually didn’t hate going to the dentist and am a little sad that my next appointment is so far away.
So I'm on the fence with this place. I went in in April after almost a year of appointments that were either canceled or moved to other dates/times and me not being notified. In April they wanted to do a root canal, I denied the root canal and told them I just wanted it pulled. They told me they were not pulling it and I would have to go to Portland...
