Very unsatisfied long term, OHP patient. Dr Reynolds seems to be very pleasant enough & caring in his conduct with what he does, even the former female Dentist who's name eludes me right now was very nice, yet would only do the same in very little work performed. De-humanizing The receptionists are unwelcoming and passively rude, and the SIX MONTH WAIT is inconveniently outrageous. One star suits them well.
Rude Receptionists, Extremely Long Wait Times, These People Do Not Care I am a foster parent who has a child that needs dental care and is covered by Advantage Dental Care. This is an OHP program. The wait time to get one cavity filled (he has three cavities and can only get one filled at a time) is 5 months. The receptionists have an attitude when you mention that is excessively long.
