Came in expecting to get 1 filing but since they had a bunch of no shows I was able to get 2 and a cleaning the same day. The dentist and her tech I saw today were super nice and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and checked to make sure I was doing good throughout the process. Also the new gal that is the dental hygienist was very friendly and gave me good tips on what to improve on when cleaning my teeth at home.
TLDR; Extremely unprofessional when it comes to honoring appointments and scheduling them. Find another dentist if you have a choice, they will waste your time on the scale of years. My issues very closely relate to the other recent 1 star review. Impossible to get an appointment anytime remotely close, and they will just drop the appointment you scheduled, a year ago, a week before and then when you try to call and figure out what’s going on they literally never answer the phone. Very nice staff, this review is not reflective of the people, but the organization. This office will cancel your appointment the day-of and can’t reschedule you until the following year (not exaggerating. My appointment for March 20, 2025 was offered to be rescheduled for May 2026) but you know what, that one will probably get cancelled too. They’re over scheduled and under staffed. Great place if you can get in for the appointment. They do great dental work in a short and pain free amount of time and their employees are friendly and informative. But it can take 6 months to a year to get an appt. sometimes and that’s too long to wait when you have dental issues.
I'm delighted to say that finally, I found a dental office that care about their patients. From the front desk receptionist, the office manager, the fabulous hygienist and wonderful dentist that I have been exposed to. I'm forever grateful.
