I have been going to the Newport Advantage going on a couple of years now. I have never encountered any of the problems a lot of the reviews state. I have watched many times people come into the office being impatient and demanding. I guess people don't think about or just don't care that there is only one person working that front desk and answering phones. the Newport advantage dental dentist was so rude, abrupt, disrespectful,he acted like he was doing me a favor gracing me with His presence. I would never go back to that office except to pick up my xrays if they will release them to me which I hope they will so I don't have to pay for another exam and xrays at another dentist.
