Stay away from this office, inexperienced dentists and staff that have no business...being in business. Root canal not done properly and been in aggravating pain for 2 months leading to an abscess and infection. Don’t bother for emergency visits they don’t want to work so they say no to you even with swelling, tooth pain ect. I am surprised this place hasn’t been sued and I have never wrote such a nasty review until now. So disappointed, I take care of my teeth but my pregnancy did not treat me well
Before requesting an appointment at the Stayton dental office I specifically asked, and was assured, that they were a provider for my insurance plan. After receiving a bill, I learned that not all dentists in their group were providers and I subsequently had to pay additional out-of-network prices that were not covered under my plan. I requested compensation since I had been given incorrect information and was denied by their corporate offices. Needless to say, no one in my family will be going back.
I scheduled my appointment to have all 4 wisdom teeth (3 showing, one just below the surface) taken out on Wed. 12/19/18. I was assured that although Dr. Bell (the dentist who would perform this procedure) was not a surgeon, he has years of experience with difficult extractions. I was encouraged to call the clinic if I had any questions or concerns, following the procedure.
