Today was my first time here. Dr. and staff were very warm and welcoming. They helped me to understand my options and were very accommodating. It's been a while since I've seen a dentist and was a little reluctant, but looking forward to getting my teeth worked on in the new year and knowing I will be the better for it and knowing that I'm in good hands. Thank you one and all for a successful 1st visit and feeling confident about my remaining visits. 😀
The Sutherlin office was very patient and helpful with my current issues. I had a reaction to the local anesthetic and the dentist and his assistant were wonderful and caring. Then there was an issue with my card and they worked through it patiently and professionally.
I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the patient service provided by Sutherlin Advantage Dental. Communication with the office is exceedingly difficult. Despite having an exposed piece of my jawbone, a serious medical concern, multiple phone calls made over several consecutive days received no return response. I'm giving it 2 stars because every time I've been there has been a decent/pleasant experience. But trying to get ahold of them feels next to impossible. I've probably tried 20 times in the last 2 weeks. Also getting a referral to another practice for my son has been SO hard for no reason. They just don't send the referral for whatever reason. I'm beginning to get really frustrated with the lack of communication and care around getting my son seen, especially since he has emergent dental needs.
What has happened to dentistry? The doctor seemed compassionate but the rest of the staff was rushed, overworked and not real knowledgeable. The assistant cut the inside of my daughter’s mouth and denied it saying “It’s Just Tender”. It takes 6 months just to get an emergency visit. Not to mention the receptionist is very rude, it took us 35 minutes to check in. This isn’t America anymore…
