The whole staff was Great. Sense of humor and Everything. Also very efficient although it was my first visit it was a great visit.
What has happened to dentistry? The doctor seemed compassionate but the rest of the staff was rushed, overworked and not real knowledgeable. The assistant cut the inside of my daughter’s mouth and denied it saying “It’s Just Tender”. It takes 6 months just to get an emergency visit. Not to mention the receptionist is very rude, it took us 35 minutes to check in. This isn’t America anymore…
If I could give zero stars I would my wife waited for months and months to get into this and when she finally did get in they did what was suppose to be a root canal well she's still feeling pain there but while in that appointment they did impressions for a partial then setting an appointment for over 6 months out this partial is part of her front tooth they have had the partial back for months in the mean she was forced to wait for this appointment every time I have been to the sutherlin advantage dental there never been p... read more
I had an emergency with a tooth, I didn't have an appointment, I was seen immediately, assessed and was treated all in 1 visit. By far, hands down these professionals are the best! Thank you! As I recover and heal from my lose.. Major Ditto's to staff here.
What the hell is going on at this place? Do you guys even staff reception? Been trying to call for literal weeks now and set up an appointment for my wife who has a dental abcess. Ive called probably a total of 10 times, left multiple messages, they state they'll call you back within one business day and I haven't received a single call back.
