Terrible communication and poor customer service! I made an appointment for 1/21/25 back in August, because it was the soonest available new patient exam. Upon the lead up to this appointment, I received only text confirmations from the office, to which I replied "yes, I confirm." I was sent the paperwork to fill out one week before the appointment, and as I was at work, I filled out the sections I knew off the top of my head, but since it was January, I didn't have my new 2025 insurance card with me. After over a year of nothing but issues with advantage I'm officially done. My child has not been able to get a cleaning in over a year because the Dalles office has canceled her appointment 5 times in the last 8 months to reschedule. Every time the reason is their hygienist is out of the office. This week I received a survey for services we received 8 weeks ago, funny because we haven't been there in almost 2 years. The staff and dentist here were phenomenal. I had a broken tooth that was torturing me and this group worked for days to find a way to squeeze me in anywhere in the state to help. Getting me in very quickly. The procedure was very quick and for a tooth extraction relatively pain free. I just wat to say thank you for helping me.
This was my husband and I's first visit. We both found the experience of the apt. Very nice. The ease of on line paper work before was good and then got into office and no wait time. Right in. Got the full deal with xrays and check up and assistant from front to Dr. Was also nice. The new dentist was amazing Tyler Gimenez, DMD. Was very nice , straight forward and didn't try to push any extra onto us. We felt very well taken care of. We both have found a new dentistry.
I had a filling done a couple months ago which went well and was fully covered by my insurance. I also scheduled a cleaning for February 20th which is a Thursday. When I showed up on time the office was closed and a sign said to call them. I called them and they told me that the appointment was actually on the 21st even though the card clearly said the 20th.
