My teeth has never been the same. It’s been over a year and a half and my bite is different since this dentist touched my teeth. Additionally, the dentist told me which cavities were top priority, but proceeded to fill minor ones- even though we discussed doing the most important ones first. I am really at a Lost- I gave it 2 stars instead of one bc the dentist and staff were friendly. But quality of work was not good.
.Y first contact was the receptionist. She was polite, very friendly and helpful. The whole staff was above and beyond with the care of not only me but other patients in the office. My Dr. was friendly, very caring, explained everything as he exrayed and examined my mouth and teeth. He advised me of the much needed surgery he will be doing on my left lower gum and the cost. I have been a patient of Dr. Pastora for the past 29 years. She is thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable, and gentle. One morning I arrived for an appointment. It was determined that I would need to be numbed up for the dental procedure. Dr. Pastora took her time to explain the procedure. The procedure went over very well. The best dentist around !!! I lost a filling and was having a hard time finding a dentist to see me. Archer dental got me in within a couple of days. The office is very clean and the staff are amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. If your lucky Dr. Pastora will sing to you while she works. If I could give 10 stars I would…. The Doctor and the staff are super nice. I live on the other side of town and work until 12midnight. I am always late, which I am not proud of. The staff calls me to make sure I make my appointment. I really appreciate it. Thank you all for your kindness as I go through my dental procedures.
