Rented unit with Tanner at Advantage storage. Fast, friendly and efficient! Great units, clean, and easily accessible. Feel my property is safely stored with coded gate as well. Great price for climate controlled too. Recommend if looking for a unit.
I wanted to leave a review about my experience with Advabtagr Storage in Allen, TX. I used this facility for 2 years and had a temp controlled unit. The staff has been very helpful and kind when I would call. When u went to empty my storage space to move my things to my home state, they were very helpful. Also, I’ve heard other storage facilities had issues with mice and bugs. My items were stored for 2 years and no traces of any bugs or mice in my items or in the facility. I used Advantage Storage for several years and everything was great. I called and talked to Tanner, he handled everything and was a true professional.. I will definitely use Advantage again.
I spoke with Matt and Tanner and they are both very nice guys. They helped me with no hesitation, I have been a customer here at this storage for quite sometime and I love it!!!
Tanner has really been very helpful and accommodating especially as I navigate & navigated a highly personal situation that adversely impacted my finances! He reassured me that the Advantage business & pricing model wasn’t greedy like the competition which was a huge relief within itself!! Wishing Tanner and the Advantage staff a great New Year!!
