I wanted to leave a review about my experience with Advabtagr Storage in Allen, TX. I used this facility for 2 years and had a temp controlled unit. The staff has been very helpful and kind when I would call. When u went to empty my storage space to move my things to my home state, they were very helpful. Also, I’ve heard other storage facilities had issues with mice and bugs. My items were stored for 2 years and no traces of any bugs or mice in my items or in the facility. Tanner has really been very helpful and accommodating especially as I navigate & navigated a highly personal situation that adversely impacted my finances! He reassured me that the Advantage business & pricing model wasn’t greedy like the competition which was a huge relief within itself!! Wishing Tanner and the Advantage staff a great New Year!!
Talk about easy! I did all my research online, checking locations, availability, and pricing. Then I chose this one. Folks in the office are extremely patient and helpful. The units are clean, and doors to units function well. And this is because the on-site personnel actually do care about their customers, so they accomplish whatever it takes to keep things going smoothly.
