Ben waiting here at the storage unit. Since 4 AM the gate is broken. I already called customer service twice. Still haven't had a manager called me or anybody try to come. And open the gate. I was supposed to be at work by 430. My work vehicle is stuck behind the gate. Am I gonna get reimbursed for the time? I'm losing here waiting. That's why I asked about early access. Before I got this storage unit. I also saw all the good reviews on here. I thought this place wouldn't be this way
This Advanced Storage facility in Avondale is GREAT!!! Charity has a great, and fun personality. Very caring and detailed on all information needed. Her side kick Jaime is a very friendly guy, and absolutely a joy to conduct business with. Super awesome crew at this location. Will definitely recommend to to friends and family.
