Charity is always such a pleasure to work with. She's efficient, cheerful and always willing to help. I've been here for over a year and dont even live close by but keep coming back because she makes it such a delight.
Great staff and facility. Gated. I have a climate controlled unit because it's Arizona. Aisles are wide and roomy enough to move items in and out freely. The manager here was very helpful in getting everything coordinated to make my long distance move go smoothly.
I’ve been coming here for a bit, and thru my life event, I established a new unit. Charity the manager, goes above and beyond. She extends her kindness and is extremely professional. She is business savvy, but cares about her customers. She’s been a listening ear when I had nobody. And because of her kindness i return just to say hello.
