I had a great experience here. The office was clean and everything was easy to access, but what stood out most was the customer service. Allison and Debbie were both so kind and patient with me from the start. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Debbie and Alison were fantastic. Their customer service and hospitality were impressive, and I thank them for that. However, the down-home feeling of the front office—from the seasonal decorations to the child-friendly atmosphere—is now missing. To the owners: please bring those elements back. It is nice to feel appreciated for more than just the money we pay.
My wife and I needed a last-minute storage unit for our third vehicle, and Debb truly came to the rescue. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. We are incredibly grateful for her help and professionalism. Came in today to get a storage. I talked to Debbie on the phone prior to coming in and she was very helpful and informative. She waited for me to get in and was diligent when helping setting me up for a unit. I had the most pleasant experience and am glad I chose this location for my storage. Thanks Debbie!
This place is great. Got me in and out in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful. I was having frustrating day the ladies really helped brighten my day. I highly recommend this uhaul/ storage place. Will rent from them again
