I contacted this location and had the good fortune spoke to Leah. She’s a gem.Her passion and care shown through on the phone. She was quite knowledgeable, honest, and gave me very good information. When I came to see her today to rent a storage unit, she totally prepared and had all my paperwork ready. It couldn’t have been easier or quicker. Stopped by Advantage Storage recently while checking out storage options, and I was really impressed. A woman named Leah was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The place looked really clean and secure, and you can tell it’s well taken care of. I haven’t rented a unit yet, but based on the customer service and how organized everything looked, this place is definitely at the top of my list.
The manager, Ms. Liah, at Advantage Storage (9713 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75220) is such a kind and caring person. I couldn’t be more pleased when I talked to Leah to find out prices on your units. She was so friendly. You could tell she was genuinely helpful. Leah was a breath of fresh air & I’m thoroughly pleased with her customer service. Great job!!
Leah has been amazing very communicative. We ended up needing a larger unit and she was able to assist quickly. Much cleaner than a lot of storage locations in the area. Great experience.
