I have used several different storage locker solutions in the last several years and none of them stand out like Advantage Storage. I now have 3 storage lockers and the monthly rent with everything included is still better than any of the other storage lockers that I have used in the past. The facility is clean and they have numerous full size commercial dollies to get your stuff into your storage locker. We needed to change an RV parking spot. Frank was awesome! He came outside with us, answered all our (many) questions. Found a new spot for us and got the paperwork for the change. Could not have had better service.
Rented online and when it was time to move in the manager really knew what she was doing. She saw all of my stuff and knew I needed a bigger unit. Found the perfect unit, quick and easy. Very nice and clean facility!
Stopped by Advantage Storage recently while checking out storage options, and I was really impressed. A woman named Leah was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The place looked really clean and secure, and you can tell it’s well taken care of. I haven’t rented a unit yet, but based on the customer service and how organized everything looked, this place is definitely at the top of my list.
I cannot say enough great things. Frank was amazing to work with so warm and kind and helpful. When it came time to rent Leah made it quick and easy.
