Very professional staff, they will go out their way to help you and do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied as a new tenant. I really appreciate Mr. Rogers and his associate for their wonderful kindness help and outstanding service for what y’all do. Thank you so much you guys need more people like you guys
I rent units at another location in this same city, owned by this same company. DO NOT RENT HERE! I have been reporting, urgently for 4 days now, and no one calls you back. Or emails you back. This company WILL NOT protect and secure your items... nor take any action to fix major issues, like their building falling apart and a completely broken door!
I highly recommend Advantage Storage! The facility is very safe, clean, and well-maintained. Decinda is extremely kind and helpful—she always goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I truly appreciate how easy and pleasant she makes the process. If you’re looking for reliable storage with great customer care, this is the place to go!

This is a 1st for me as far as renting storage units. I really like the couple working in the office, n Roger is just adorable with his quick responses with getting you set up for whatever you need them for 😍 hope to become lifetime partners of storing all the things you can't throw away. Great prices on the units n easy access. would definitely recommend for anyone needing a place to put their stuff 😀
