Hello World..... I don't normally take the time to write a Post about my Life experiences but, I had an Excellent day! Filled with great Customer Service.... I was at the storage facility the day before. I was greeted with a smile and received Great Customer service on that day by Derinda. When I got to my unit. If I could give this Advantage Storage 100 ⭐️’s I would I’ve been at Advantage Storage awhile now never a single issue it’s always clean maintained and most of all safe. Great place to store your “life” short or long term! I can’t begin to say thank you… Both Roger and Deceinda are the BEST!
Very professional staff, they will go out their way to help you and do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied as a new tenant. I really appreciate Mr. Rogers and his associate for their wonderful kindness help and outstanding service for what y’all do. Thank you so much you guys need more people like you guys
I rent units at another location in this same city, owned by this same company. DO NOT RENT HERE! I have been reporting, urgently for 4 days now, and no one calls you back. Or emails you back. This company WILL NOT protect and secure your items... nor take any action to fix major issues, like their building falling apart and a completely broken door!
Decinda was so helpful this morning! She made this process of reserving a unit so easy. She showed me the map of the complex and explained where to park and I found where I needed to go easily. I examined my unit and it was clean and just the size I needed.
