Very professional staff, they will go out their way to help you and do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied as a new tenant. I really appreciate Mr. Rogers and his associate for their wonderful kindness help and outstanding service for what y’all do. Thank you so much you guys need more people like you guys

I rent units at another location in this same city, owned by this same company. DO NOT RENT HERE! I have been reporting, urgently for 4 days now, and no one calls you back. Or emails you back. This company WILL NOT protect and secure your items... nor take any action to fix major issues, like their building falling apart and a completely broken door!

Decinda was so helpful this morning! She made this process of reserving a unit so easy. She showed me the map of the complex and explained where to park and I found where I needed to go easily. I examined my unit and it was clean and just the size I needed.

The staff at Advantage Storage are the best. Their attitude and customer service makes this place an awesome place. I will and do recommend this Storage units. Keep up the wonderful job at making everyone feel like they're at home. Great job guys and dolls 💜💜💜

Getting my 10x10 was super fast and easy. Decinda was mindful of my time when I was in a hurry, and this Garland location supports our local community too. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
