The young lady on staff at this location made my experience there very easy, and informative. Her people shills, and customer service was one of the best I've had in awhile. Update : My original rating of 3 stars and review why is below. After it posted, I received a call the next day from Alex the manager. She was courteous and concerned, and told me she was trying to work with the district manager to refund me for the months that were unused. Office staff was very friendly and informative. Process was quick and easy. I was in and out, fairly quickly. Location is clean and seems pretty quiet.
I had a great experience thanks to Alex! She was so friendly, patient, and really thorough in explaining everything. She took the time to walk me through the options and made sure I understood how everything worked, which helped me feel confident and at ease.
