I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the condition of the storage unit I recently rented from this facility. Upon taking possession of the unit, I was surprised and disappointed to find that it was not clean. The space contained visible dirt and debris, including droppings that appear to be rodent excrement. This is clearly unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control within the facility. This situation is particularly concerning as I intend to store valuable items. Office staff was very friendly and informative. Process was quick and easy. I was in and out, fairly quickly. Location is clean and seems pretty quiet.
I had a great experience thanks to Alex! She was so friendly, patient, and really thorough in explaining everything. She took the time to walk me through the options and made sure I understood how everything worked, which helped me feel confident and at ease.
