The young lady on staff at this location made my experience there very easy, and informative. Her people shills, and customer service was one of the best I've had in awhile. I had a great experience thanks to Alex! She was so friendly, patient, and really thorough in explaining everything. She was courteous and concerned, and told me she was trying to work with the district manager to refund me for the months that were unused. I had the pleasure of working with Alex getting a unit ready for me to use asap. Went through a fiasco moving into my new place, and she was able to help me right then.
