I went there to visit my daughter and it is ridiculous how they treat their tenants. The water heater malfunctioned and needed repair/replacement. There was a gas leak and water leak. The maintenance put a bandaid on the leaking pipes. The water bill and gas bill tripled. Piedmont Natural Gas turned the gas off because it was unsafe. The apartment maintenance sealed the gas leak but not the water leak. The water continues to leak outside the building and her water bill is enormous. The management does nothing. As a resident who has been here for 2 years and tries her absolute best not to put work orders in due to how slow and careless the maintenance team is! I put a work order in a week ago on 1/27, it has been an ENTIRE week of calling the office, stopping every maintenance guy I see to fix a clogged bathroom and sink. My honest review based on recent experience ….ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! MOLD AND MILDEW TRAPPED UNDER TILES AND CARPET IN A LOT OF UNITS!!! WARNING: YOU WILL GET SICK HERE (Unsafe Living Conditions and Poor Upper Management) My husband and I rented an apartment here and had the worst living experience imaginable. We 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND living here at all. We had to terminate our lease early due to leaks in the bathroom ceiling and laundry room, which led to a mold infestation.
