Living at the advenir for the few months that I did was the worst decision of my entire life. I have never ever seen such messy, incompetent, disgusting, degrading, condescending, lazy, unqualified, LYING, shady, scum managment. I cant believe we were so guilable. I cant believe I was so naive to think that they were genuine. I had the worst feeling in my stomach for weeks after we got the lease, i should have seen that as a red flag. Advenir at Clermont is a very nice place to live, I agree took me 2 visits to make my decision but has been the best because of maintenance are very communicative and Front office Samantha Santos is a “Gem” genuinely with her personality and service. Looking for a peaceful place to live and nearby everything this is the place. Thanks to Samantha for see the apartment 2 times always making me feel like here is “Home”.
Between Samantha and Beth in the main office, my faith in great customer service is much restored! It took some serious hunting to eventually end up here, but the beautiful location was only half of it. The other convincing half are the people. No excessive coddling that feels fake nor frigid shoulders from uncaring employees. This community is very beautiful and quiet. Enjoy the amenities and hill side view from the apartment. The office team will take care of your questions or concerns at any time. Maintenance is very active to work order submitted. I do enjoy this community.
