I highly recommend Janessa ! She has been so helpful with my upcoming move-in. Everything has been happening really fast, and she’s been super kind, patient, and easy to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I really appreciate her help and how supportive she’s been through everything. I’m really glad I had her assisting me!
Looking for a temporary lease while my home is being renovated. I was able to tour the facility on Sunday, fill out the application that the fees were waived on if applied same day. I was approved and everything set for me to move in just 5 days later on Friday. Janessa at the leasing office was amazing and super helpful and friendly.
I have yet to move-in to my unit, but the courtesy and consideration of our Leasing Agent, Royanna, has left me confident in my decision to lease at The Advenir. I applied to a unit, and within 12-hours, Royanna had all documents processed and a Welcome Letter delivered. This application process, as well as the consistency of outreach from the Leasing Staff, have been an absolute breeze. I am looking forward to making this community my new home!
I don't know where to begin to describe this place. This residential complex has undoubtedly become one of the worst and ghetto places to live in the area. Due to different factors such as: Overpopulation Recently, it has been noticed that more than one family is living per apartment, which causes different types of problems, such as loud noises late at night and early in the morning. Do not move here!! Cops are here looking for people at least 2 times a WEEK!! Not an exaggeration, the floor are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors above you. The maintenance Will not fix anything you ask them too. The trash is rarely picked up. The lack of care this place has is why it’s not worth living here.
