Advenir @ Mayfield has been an amazing experience so far especially from the last apartments I lived at. This move in process was quick and the staff was very helpful. Staff members Julissa Lopez & Bailey Goode, they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and easiest move in experience They were kind and courteous even on the day I came to pick up the keys as I came last minute before closing. The professionalism of Bailey Goode and the staff is nothing less of superb. From greetings of the staff to the walk through, they show what property management and communication is all about. Not being able to call and talk to an actual person to view an apartment is a little disappointing. We tried everything to make the virtual tour work but it would never unlock with the “phone key”. I tried to contact someone but it was so automated that they never got back to me. People were working in the office but there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 9pm and they close at 5? The virtual thing is cool but when it doesn’t work, there were no other options.
Julissa is very helpful. She showed me the apartment I was interested in and although the Jetty bond quote was too high for me personally I’d still recommend these apartments.
Great apartments, quiet and friendly place just north of town! It gives you a country living experience while still being in town! Office staff and maintenance teams are all wonderful! They stay on top of everything! I would recommend this place to any of the people I know!!
