Horrible and outdated appliances. One washer and one dryer for entire building. No matter how many times they repair it, it breaks over and over again. Buildings have been out of a washer and dryer for some time. Building 7 has been out of a washer and dryer for almost 3 months. They finally “fixed” it. The entire washing machine spins out of place and sounds like someone is outside banging on pots, pans, cars, doors, and drums. Do not live here. It’s not worth it. Advenir at San Tropez is such a peaceful, welcoming community. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, the amenities make everyday living feel effortless, and the whole place has a warm, comfortable vibe. It’s truly a great place to call home!
I moved out. They threaten me with pictures of mold on the wall trying to scare me. I’ll fight yall in court. Please don’t push me to legal actions. That place is dirty I got sick multiple times. Had my car tow plenty of times there even while it was registered. Trust guys I have pics of my own to. So im going to tell you people again leave me alone.
January and Sonia were absolutely amazing throughout the entire rental process. They were super attentive, kind, and patient- always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed. Even when I had questions (and I had a lot!), they stayed professional and friendly the whole way through. They made a normally stressful process feel easy and smooth. Huge thanks to both of them -you can tell they really care!
