I cannot say enough good things about this Aegis location. Both may parents live here and the care, quality of life and kindness by staff is absolutely remarkable. My siblings and I are constantly saying that Mom and Dad are in the right place! We recently had a health crisis for my Dad and the communication and compassion that the Aegis staff provided my family was amazing. I feel very comfortable knowing that my mom is being loved, provided activities and is safe. She is kept very clean and her medical needs are carefully addressed.
A few words I would use to describe the care given at Aegis: grace, compassion, patience, welcoming, and honest. My family member has been a resident of this Aegis now for about 1.5 years and we are absolutely so thankful for all they do. Mom has been thriving at Bellevue Aegis for nearly four years now. She has always been a very social person and needs human interaction to maintain her emotional balance of hope and passion for life. Mom has flourished with the organized social activities and an amazing group of loving staff that truly cares about the residents. We are so pleased with the care and attention shown to my husband at Aegis. He is comfortable there and I feel confident that he is well taken care. He likes the meals very much and has regained his appetite which makes me so happy. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend Aegis Bellevue without reservation.
