Aegis DP is amazing…like a 4 star resort. The staff are trustworthy, unlike some in the news right now. When we were searching for a home, Aegis had no “red flags.”. I highly recommend them!
Exceptional in every way! In fact Aegis was recommended by the LT Care Ombudsman after my parents' horrific and unsafe experience at a popular continuing care community in Irvine (RP). We transferred both mom and dad over 3 years ago. He was already on hospice and she was just ready for assisted living. Thus, they moved into 2 separate rooms as we knew he would predecease her soon. Aegis Dana Point has been the soft landing our family desperately needed. Our family has been able to begin healing after a series of devastating losses. We are beyond grateful for the staff and the residents who have welcomed my mom into assisted living and my dad into memory care as well as our family. I highly recommend Aegis Dana Point to anyone even thinking about transitioning into a supportive community for their loved ones. If you are even thinking about it, it's time to check them out!
Aegis has been a wonderful place for my dad and step mom. They were supportive, understanding the needs of the family and were helpful in getting the care they required. My father passed shortly after he moved in and the staff at Aegis were kind and helpful in his last days there. My step mom is thriving well and the staff is patient with her progressive dementia, helping her to keep active and happy within the community. Couldn't have found a better place for them to call home!
Aegis Living in Dana Point, Ca has been our mother's beautiful, caring and nurturing home for the last seven years. The staff has become like extended family to us.
