The facility is dated. There is no AC, although they encourage residents to get portable units. The staff is very kind to my mom and take good care of her. It is more expensive than the other places we looked at but it is well staffed and I think the only have 35 units or something like that so they are very responsive. Overall we are happy.
The staff is friendly and very kind to my mom. The facility is well located. The food is very good, and that's very important to people who live there. There are plenty of activities and mom is encouraged to participate. The facility is dated and small. It's more expensive than most others that we looked at. The staff were very kind to my mom and always ready to help her or accommodate her requests. The food was okay but starchy without a lot of protein or fresh fruit/vegetables. Her room was small and dated. We did not get to see it due to the pandemic but it was nothing like the room I was shown a few weeks before the lock down.
