My husband has been at Aegis Living Queen Anne Galer for almost 4 years now. He has always received excellent, compassionate care. I am constantly kept well-informed as to how he is doing. Communication is prompt and knowledgeable. The staff is terrific, and combine expertise in their respective fields with a thoughtful, loving approach to their jobs. I was visiting a friend and found the place to be very nice and the staff to be extremely friendly
I am so thankful to have Aegis Galer in my community. My loved one has lived here for a while, and everything has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very good. The building is very nice and clean. The location in Queen Anne has many nearby conveniences. The activities and extra services are well-organized and appreciated by residents and family members. Most importantly, my loved one is happy and safe.

Very clean and bright employees are very, very friendly. From what I saw lots of activities daily.
Really expensive, looked nice, but took horrible care of my relative. Too many issues to list, but the highlights (lowlights): charged $ for services they didn't perform (like wheelchair maintenance, which I eventually did myself), charged extra $ for *not* doing the things they already charged $ for, didn't notify me when he was taken to the hospital, or had multiple falls, etc. etc. When you're looking for a place for a relative/loved one, it's all, "we're a family run business and we will treat your loved one like a fam... read more
My family contacted this memory care facility when we were told that my mother would no longer be allowed to live in the assisted living facility where she was at the time. She had been wandering for some time, and had become so combative that the organization who had been housing her would not allow her to move into their own memory care facility. It's a beautiful place, too bad the management is an embarrassment. They don't respond to emails or calls with questions, don't call you when your loved one was taken to the hospital, their records are laughable (my 10 year-old could write better chart notes); however, their billing department is spot on and always collect 14k/month on time! Avoid this place!

This place looks nice. But don't let them fool you. It's a sinking ship with a management who treats there workers awful and only care about making sure your loved one is being charged the most for subpar care. You're love one will be in danger if they stay here and are high needs. Please be careful shop around before you waste your money here or risk your loved ones health.
