Finding the right community for our loved one was so important to our family, and this place has exceeded every expectation. From day one, the entire team made us feel like family. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of life—there’s always a great activity or event bringing everyone together.
I am a current resident of Aegis Living SF. I do not recommend this place. While the individual caregivers are wonderful, the Administrative staff leaves a lot to be desired. They have been completely unresponsive to my needs and requests for meetings. In addition, I have had my mail and packages opened without my knowledge nor permission. Contents of those packages were not given to me. Also, items have been taken (stolen) from my room, including CASH (2x$40) and 2 brand new Garment Bags (I still have the original packaging... read more
Had a fantastic experience touring this community with Gina! Everyone we met made us feel right at home from start to finish. The spaces are beautiful, the residents seemed so happy and engaged, and the overall energy was wonderful. It’s clear they truly care about creating a compassionate, active environment. Definitely top of our list!
I moved my grandmother into assisted living 5 months ago after 46 years of living in her own home out of state. I was so afraid how she would transition but the caring staff made it so great! They treat her like she is a guest at a hotel. They have many activities available (movies, art, scenic drives, happy hours, lessons, exercise) and they are just the right amount of encouraging but aren’t pushy about them if a resident isn’t into it.
