Find another option. We've had nothing but incorrect bills, overcharges since we've moved in. Flucuations that are thousands of dollars off. Anyone on autopay is probably getting scammed. They charge you for every little thing. You can't go out and do grocery shopping or have time to browse and enjoy life. They come get you before you're finished or going through checkout. Surprised they don't charge you for the air your breathe. Find a different option. This is no way to spend the rest of your life.
Aegis Shoreline has been a tremendous resource for our family. From the day I walked in to ask for information, I was welcomed with outstanding communication, partnership, support, and guidance, allowing us to find the the options that best fit our parent. My grandpa was staying here for a short time when he had a medical emergency during the night. He used the call button and nobody showed up for 4 HOURS, he was able to contact our family thank god and we were able to call 911. He is in horrible condition due to not being able to get to the hospital sooner and it has greatly declined his health. The staff was nice but I'm greatly disappointed in their response time. It's a great place for people that are more independent.
My wife and I both have parents who've lived in multiple assisted living facilities over time. We both agree Aegis of Shoreline is the best of them. The staff is well-trained, friendly, caring and attentive. The nursing staff is very active and responsive. The activity staff is engaging. The maintenance and cleanliness of the building is impeccable. The food variety and quality is closer to restaurant dining.
