I was seen on an emergency basis and diagnosed with Covid. As always. Carmen was thorough and caring. I understand that there are several new people in the facility. When I checked in. I was not asked about my symptoms, and was in the reception room for about 30 minutes with no mask. Once I was in the treatment room. I was given an A1c test but no flu or Covid test. My last visit I saw Carmen. She is amazing! She is very detailed and understands my pain. She has scheduled many tests that needed follow up over the past couple of years. The only problem that I have had with the office in the last year is getting the referrals needed to get the tests done. But I love all of the doctors!!

Dr. Marti Hernandez was outstanding! I have lived in Central Florida for 10 years, and only one other physician has matched the attention, kindness, and above all genuine interest regarding my health concerns! I truly felt like he was listening closely when I spoke! In addition, his nurse, and office staff showed the same concern for my wellbeing! Carmen has always been very respectful and compassionate. She listens to my systems and explains what we can do and all the options. Her assistant was also very respectful and compassionate explaining what she was going to do and why. I would recommend both of these young ladies.
