I had the pleasure of meeting my new Doctor this past Tuesday. Dr Marti was so pleasant and easy to understand, we had a great conversation together. I felt relaxed with him, he did not talk down to me but with me. He explained how we are going to start his care and he listened to what concerns I had, what I do for myself physically, all was answered. I look forward to our next appointment. I am very disappointed. While I think the world of Dr Boggus, I have had so many unsatisfactory interactions with his staff. One blonde staff member stomped down the hallway a few years ago and nastily told me I had no choice - I had to take a pre-screening test to see if I needed a colonoscopy. Guess we have no say so over our bodies. And I did not need the colonoscopy. They dropped my husband as a patient after contacting him constantly for a month about his high blood pressure, which further tests proved he does not have... read more
Dr. Dan Boggus has been my Primary Physician for almost 35 years. His care has always been outstanding and I hope to have many more years with him.
It's always a pleasure to see Dr Boggus. He is easy to talk to and slways calms my nerves when I'm stressed. He's the best PCP in Lake County!!
