Very disappointed i was a patient for 7 years lots of turn overs and rescheduled appointments. Also experienced a very bad surgery that ended up being worse afterwards and then they say they are no longer excepting my insurance after a hospital stay and needing a follow up. Time for a good lawyer because this entire situation has been do wrong. My original doctor was good for years not sure what happened with him. Terrible experience that affects me daily
Dr. Arroyo has been an excellent doctor! He understands me and my goals and has helped me to achieve them. I am doing so much better since being here at Aegis. The office staff are great and very helpful. I have nothing but praise for all of them! Thank you everyone!
Jury is still out, met Doctor Turishina one time. Saw Dr Lynch for about 30 years, then Dr Arroyo one visit and he was gone. Hopefully this Dr stays so that I can get a better feel for him. I did think he was thorough regarding my visit.
I was a patient at the aegis group office in Mount Dora for 20 years. Then Dr Lynch retired and they brought in first one Dr and I saw him. I had an order for a mammogram and for bloodwork. in the meantime he left after only 8 months with the practice and another Dr was brought in. I had the mammogram and it was listed as self referred? I checked the healow app and aegis had cancelled the referral from the Dr who had left. Then they deleted my account. With no contact or explanation. After our recent visit to Dr. Arroyo's office in April, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were seen and diagnosed. My husband was diagnosed with shingles and the prescriptions he received quickly abated his symptoms. We will definitely use his services again if the need arises.
