Very bad experience. First new patient appt. was not great. Follow up with the referrals for x rays, other tests were a big zero. Actually had an Arizona imaging group text me for an appointment. I live in FL. Receptionist unhelpful. I got riled up over her poor attitude. Not going back.
I can’t say enough about the care and concern shown by Amy Burns, She was proactive in starting the process which resulted in diagnosing my colon cancer. Some doctors, based on my symptoms would have taken a wait and see approach but she didn’t. For that I will be forever grateful. The referral process in the office has been a bit lacking in the past. I know this is something that they are working on and once the issues with this are solved, it will warrant a five star rating in my eyes.
Amy was terrible with attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day. First thing she said was so why did you come in? Wasn't nice about her approach. We need Joseph back.
Dr. Mercado and Amy Burns are the best. Both are very caring and they take time to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend both of them.
Called for mammogram. Haven’t had one in 3 years. Said had to see dr to get referral. I refuse why does he need to see me for mamo? I was there 6 months ago. He doesn’t need to touch my breast. He just wants Medicare to pay him $$. Then mamo sent in for 1 breast not both. Finally got it done. Now Need biopsy- their preferred place is 45-60 minutes away. I want my preferred place 10 minutes away. Taking 10 days to get this approved by dr. Still waiting.
