Dr Mercado and his staff were all terrific! He seems to take whatever time is necessary for a patient, and is thorough, kind, and empathetic in his approach to care. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had, and he valued me.
My wife, Hellen Cosmo and myself, Frank Cosmo have always enjoyed a pleasant experience with the Aegis Medical Group, Dr. Mercado and all of the nursing staff and receptionists. They take their time and listen to our health questions, providing alternatives to rectify our concerns. They do not rush us and we feel very comfortable with their advice. We would recommend Aegis, Dr. Mercado, the nurses and staff to everyone that asks us whom to contact for medical advice. Respectfully, Frank & Hellen Cosmo

Check was simple. Nurses are kind, considerate, and gentle with the senior citizens. Dr. Amy Burns met me with a smile and quickly relayed information about my blood test, and responded to my questions. Thanks
