I have to say that since doctor Bajwa has taken over the office.My care has improved. I appreciate that he listens, and has been very helpful to me, especially recently, there's issues that needed to be handled right away. Most of his staff is very friendly. Sometimes there are still issues with office help being rather rude. Dr. Bajwa is a well knowledged professional who treats the patient with consideration and respect. Also, a very important point, he gives the time you deserve to express your concerns or ask questions. For me, that is a plus! Talking about his staff, it is also well trained and professional. Yesterday, a very nice assistant lady took care of me and I couldn’t say anything else but thank you “V”! Christian is another excellent representative of Aegis Medical Group! Congratulations!!!👍👍
Doc is very personable and caring. I wish Aegis Medical Group hadn’t moved him from The Villages to Ocala. I drive 35-40 minutes one way for a 5-10 minute consultation. But I am happy with Dr. Bajwa.
My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Bajwa right away on our first visit. He was very thorough and answered our questions. I am so glad to be able to have him as our doctor. Also, nice office staff.
I am a new patient, and making the appointment seem to have been a struggle with a few hurdles , I ended up with two files, my scheduled appointment was not in their books they rescheduled me just to call me later and have to reschedule again. Then they called me later to tell me I was scheduled for two appointments and to make sure I don't come to the 1:00 one....what?
