New patient run around, office manager Megan avoids solutions, sends out the wrong referrals and doesn't check coverages before setting services. Seen on a Monday for slight shoulder pain, and full range of motion but reterred to pain management twice (not needed) referred to physical therapy (not covered) Dr. Garcia has zero sense of urgency, office is confused and rude. Out of work for 2-weeks so far, Dr. refuses to do his own assessment in-house created major delays in return to work. Do not recommend
