The doctor never makes eye contact and only looks at his laptop. He's always 45 minutes late and every appointment is like it's the first time he's ever met you or looked at your medical history. The receptionist is anti-social and impatient with seniors. She doesn't think you can hear her speak or watch her roll her eyes when she's on the phone. The nurses are good; they deserve a better gig.
This is a great practice. The staff is great. Dr. Garcia is excellent. They listen to the patient and always follow through with care.
Excellent staff on board. Staff are always in a positive mood and greet you as you enter the practice. Stephanie, Sharon and Ashley and the other 2 staff members are wonderful. They take time to discuss your results in a manner for understanding. We never leave the practice with unanswered questions. Prompt appointments are made within the same week and or a few days. Dr. Garcia, Natalie,Jesse and the whole team are truly awesome!! I've never received such great care. If you need a referral to a specialist they've got it taken care of the very same day and will even make an appointment for you. Dr. Garcia listens to you and you're never rushed. They all truly care about their patients. I just can't say enough good about them!
