Horrible customer service, but great providers! You will never be able to get ahold of anyone besides your provider. They put scheduling, billing, and everything directly on the providers. They also continue to double bill for appointments and then get mad when you dispute the charges.
I've worked with John for a few months and his work bio couldn't be more accurate. I don't have previous experience with another therapist but I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is a great active listener and offers actionable steps.
Did therapy here for 1-2 years? Was easy since I already had been with my therapist- lobby is very nice and has snacks/drinks. Doing online appointments was very straight forward. Overall great place
