I've been getting therapy services from Affinity for about 3.5 years now, and I won't say there haven't been some complications regarding billing and office phone communication (as they use an automated hotline approach to calls). However 90% of my experience with billing, scheduling, and therapy have been handled virtually and online, and have had no issues with that process! I would not recommend Affinity Psych as a company, though my provider here is fantastic. You can't get through to anyone on the phone or email. While the providers are great, they really have no support staff helping with scheduling, admin, billing, etc. I also think they are doing something weird with insurance - they double bill you for every appointment and then give you a credit on your account. They said the double bill was because my card was declined (a high limit credit card with no other issues ever being declined) ... read more

I started seeing Charlotte Szabo roughly 5 years ago and she has helped me immensely every step of the way.
