I don’t usually write promo reviews but I certainly would like to share the one about Affordable Comfort company. I was impressed by the quality, knowledge and communication and efficiency between technicians Jesse Barkley, David Ballet, taking time explaining and sharing diagnostics to me about my furnace pros and cons. We would like express how happy we were with Floriano Sarmento. He was punctual, personable and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to us and didnt rush through the appointment. I would 100% highly recommend Floriano. The following day Robert Marietta helped us choose a new furnace. He was very punctual and knowledgeable. Later that day Jesse Barkley dropped off a couple of heaters which we were so greatful for. All three gentleman we wonderful.
Office staff responded to my call early on a Sunday, and had a tech out same day just a couple hours later. David came, was thorough and knowledgeable. Verified the entire system and got my furnace back to proper operation. Great work from the office staff to the service techs!
Today I had the pleasure of having Robert Marietta from Affordable Comfort to my home to provide information on a tankless water heater. I have had no experience with this and needed information from a reliable source. After recently signing up with Affordable Comfort for their annual maintenance program, we had 3 devices inspected by Mathew (Furnace, Gas Fireplace & HRV). I was impressed with his professional and overall knowledge of everything thoroughly inspected. He shared valuable tips to ensure optimal performance.
