This was the best experience we have ever had with an oral surgeon. Doctor Elmore and the nurses were amazing from the time of scheduling the consultation, checking in with us to see my son’s comfort and pain level while waiting for the appointment. The morning of the office was clean, informative, helpful, and so kind. Everyone was very clear on what to expect and made sure my 4 year old was as comfortable as possible. I gave 1 star cause I have to just to post. I arrived on time for my daughter surgery only to be sent home because I had questions. I should have went with my 1st mind and found another doctor when I had to send pictures verse having an in person consultation. She doesn’t get paid for them (consultation) So after getting checked in I was asked by Elmore if I had questions . I had to take my 3.5 year old daughter for dental work. She refused X-rays at her dentist so we were referred to Dr. Afsoon. We were told she was great with little kids and could get all the work that was needed done in one visit. I wouldn’t use great to describe her, more like amazing! Her and her team were so gentle and caring. They made our daughter comfortable so she wasn’t scared. Her teeth are all fixed and she’s the happiest little girl. I dont have enough characters for all the flowers Dr Elmor deserves. She always goes above and beyond for each child and she remembers each one! It amazes me to see someone so personable to my son. She always showers all her patients not just my son who is autistic with gifts i love that. I tell her everytime i dont knownwhy you wont do other stuff you are beyond amazing.
