Went there a couple of weeks ago and the process for intake was all that was supposed to happen, but somehow it was all off. My teen was wanting to go at first, but got spooked and was trying to get out of there and leave before completing the intake. They wanted to draw a urine sample before actually checking my teen in, what the f*ck?? That is not normal. We did not complete the intake and even talked about the paperwork...
