The building is very well maintained. The property manager Malinda is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Malinda is the best property manager I have ever met. I wish Washington DC had more property mangers like her. Malinda is truly an asset to her company. The residents continue to live in the building just because of her outstanding professionalism and her outstanding customer service. She does it all with very little help or support. Beautiful spacious apartments. No security,. No towing. Residents can’t ever find parking. Oh two years later still no fitness center no community center. NOTHING
