Thorough exam from Dr. Found "previous" problems. Diagnosed quickly and easily. Nice front office staff, great techs. Easy care and great staff. Very pleased. Drove over an hour to get to them. Highly recommend.
I do not recommend this office or Dr Joshua Paul. I was referred to him and have very sensitive eyes. Because of this I cannot wear contacts and no I have never had an issue with eye doctor unable to do any test they just have to tell me 1st and I get thru it. I got thru 1st test with lady who understood and was able to do eye pressure and drops. I then go in with Dr Joshua Paul. All of the staff was very nice, especially the lady at the front desk. I may have caught him on an off day or one that was extremely busy, but my first impression of Dr. Paul wasn't great. He was definitely in a rush, and I feel that my optometrist did a more thorough job of addressing the concerns that my neurologist sent me to have looked at.
Dr Paul and staff were excellent for this first timer. Very thorough, knowledgeable and i didnt feel as though i was rushed through. Dr Paul is very competent. Also reading his profile online put me at easy. I would definitely recommend him! If he leaves, i would most certainly follow him to whichever office he works from.
Dr Stewart was very attentive to my needs and explain what was happening. She was patient with me taking her time to make sure the best evaluation was done. Only thing she could of better was to remember my preference on name and gender. She realized this and apologized so all is good. She is a very dependable knowledge eye doctor an would recommend her.
