My AC cut out last night. I called Air 1 at 7 AM and had a technitian by 9AM! That kind of service is a rare thing! Mark, my technitian, has been to my home before and it was nice to see a familiar face. Also a rare thing! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and good with my dogs. He had diagnosed and fixed the problem by 10:30. He left everthing tidy as well. I have been using Air 1 for at least 10 years and will continue to use them.
This was my second time using Air 1. I bought a new garbage disposal and although I've been able to replace them in the past myself, this time the disposal was just too heavy for me. I called Air 1 and was lucky enough to get service the same day. Marc arrived within the time frame given and was able to install the disposal for me in a little less than an hour. He was very pleasant even though being under the sink had to be much harder for him than it would've been for me! My husband and I are very satisfied with the service... read more
