We were surprised that Air Express responded to our need for a technician so quickly. Then when our technician arrived, he very promptly and professionally fixed our unit. Thank you.
Our service tech John was super friendly and very good at what he does. When new homes are built thinks get left out that should be done like surge protectors and water safety switches . Both were brought to our attention and resolved.

He will take a few minutes to chat with you and he always makes me smile. I am 78 years old and I appreciate his kindness and work ethic.
