Tech was very thorough on our seasonal systems checkup. Arrival right on scheduled time, very helpful and great customer service.
Terry arrived on time as usual. He cleaned my unit which is in the attic, killing some mold that had built up. Terry is always polite and friendly. He does not rush in and out. He will take a few minutes to chat with you and he always makes me smile. I am 78 years old and I appreciate his kindness and work ethic.
Bob Custer was great to work with. Very competent. Great that you hired him.
Your technician was knowledgeable, honest and professional. When I asked about a unit for under $10,000 he told me that prices have changed, and there is no inventory in the warehouse. This removed any opportunity to lower the price.
They did a great job with maintenance of my ac unit. I would highly recommend them.
